Connect North Link Worker
Age NI is delighted to invite applications for Connect North Link Workers in the Causeway Coast & Glens Council area, Mid & East Antrim Council area, and Antrim & Newtownabbey Council area.
The main purpose of these full-time roles is to deliver health and wellbeing programmes as part of the Connect North trust health and wellbeing service. The post holders will work within a team to deliver individual and community-based interventions to support the needs of service users, families/carers and staff, ensuring a high quality of service.
