Connect North Link Worker
Age NI is delighted to invite applications for vacancies based in Ballyclare Town Hall and West Bann Community Centre.
Connect North Link Worker will deliver health and wellbeing programmes as part of the trust health and wellbeing service. The post holder will work within a team to deliver individual and community-based interventions to support the needs of service users, families/carers and staff, ensuring a high quality of service.
