Positive Ageing Month

Age NI is delighted to be celebrating Positive Ageing Month, a month-long campaign of events, activities, and programmes that takes place every October.
It’s a wonderful celebration promoting positive ageing as well as recognising the part older people play within our local communities and aims to create a more age-friendly society. Highlighting the importance of social connection, active living, and improving the wellbeing of older adults, there are many events taking place across Northern Ireland.
A wide variety of free activities are on offer which support older people and encourage community connections and wellbeing.
