Arrange an online call with friends to chat and enjoy your homemade bakes with a cup of tea or coffee. Set up a fundraising page and ask your friends to donate. Virtual Pub Quiz or Games Night Host a virtual quiz or games night and invite your friends for some social distancing fun. Ask for a donation to take part. Dress Up Day Instead of the usual office Dress Down Day have a Dress Up Day for the home office team meeting. #StayHomeStayActive Virtual Run – complete a 5k, 10k or maybe even a marathon at home! Set up a fundraising page and use your garden, stairs or exercise bike to complete the run from the comfort of your own home. Run/cycle your commute Run or cycle your daily or weekly commute, again from your own home. Online Exercise Class Lead an online class through Facebook Live or Instagram Live. It could be yoga, pilates, zumba or exercise class. Ask for a donation to attend. #StayHomeGoCrazy Go bald for Age NI Shave your head posting before and after photos on social media. Ask a few friends or colleagues to join you in the challenge. Lockdown Beard Start growing a beard and don’t shave it off for 12 weeks. Post your progress photos on social media.
