As the Age NI Check in and Chat Co-ordinator I am passionate about raising money for this great cause.  Age NI supports thousands of older people who are lonely or vulnerable, by connecting them to others and to their communities.  They also provide free telephone support to thousands more, helping them navigate the maze of health and social care options, supporting them with a free benefits check, or signposting them or their loved ones, to our wide range of health and wellbeing services.
