Can you help Age NI support older carers across Northern Ireland?

Last year, generous donations from people like you supported 5,396 people across our services, with over 97% saying they felt less lonely and more connected with others.

Help Age NI continue to make a difference in the lives of older carers by donating to our summer appeal today.

Age NI's First Connect service supports older people who are facing difficult life changes through providing intensive emotional and practical support.

For the last eight years, 82 year old Ralph has been a carer for his wife who is living with dementia. He was referred to Age NI, and First Connect Coordinator Sam got him involved with wellbeing groups which gave Ralph a sense of purpose and some much-needed respite from the worries and responsibilities of being a carer.

Providing this level of emotional and wellbeing services at such crucial moments in later life just wouldn’t be possible without the generous donations we receive from people like you. A gift of just £20 could provide expert support and advice to an older person who is going through a difficult time.
