A&L Goodbody supporting Age NI: April 2017 - March 2020.

A&L Goodbody, which employs around 120 staff in its Belfast office, have fundraised through many different activities such as bake offs, Christmas jumper days, football tournaments, running in several overseas marathons and much more. All money raised enables Age NI to continue the valuable work that we carry out in assisting the large population of older people living in Northern Ireland today.

Partnership highlights

  • The annual spinathon has taken place 3 years in a row, each year the staff compete for one extra day's annual leave.
  • Donate a Gift. We have received over 200 gifts from staff for our older service users at Christmas.
  • Pro bono advice.

"Age NI was our charity partner at A&L Goodbody for three years.  The partnership was hugely successful because of the people that work in Age NI, their professional approach and their well organised and impactful fundraising events.  We supported Age NI through corporate funding and pro bono support.  However, where the real value of the partnership was through our employees getting involved in fundraising events throughout the year for Age NI and their clients.  Our employees also on occasion got the opportunity to interact with the clients, choir singing at the centres or volunteer days.  We loved working with the team and we would recommend any corporate to partner with Age NI."
