The demonstration will allow the advisor to set up the unit and pendant and show you how to use it. They can answer any questions you may have and test the system to make sure it’s the right product for you. If you want to go ahead the advisor will install it for you in your home. For customers who live in Scotland, it is only possible to offer Self-Connect and regrettably there are no demonstrations available. Personal alarm set up requirements You will need a modern phone socket and a mains electricity socket which is near your phone. You will need to choose one of the following keyholder options: Two separate people to be your keyholders, who live within 30 minutes of your home and who can be contacted if you need help. They can be family members, friends or neighbours If you do not have two separate people, then there is an option of having one keyholder and a key safe.
